Obituary For Delois Campbell Wingate

( May 22, 1948 – December 16, 2023 )

TYLER--Celebration of Life for Ms. Delois Wingate, 75, of Tyler, Texas will be held at 11 am on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Dale Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor Marshall Johnson eulogist. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of John R Harmon Undertaking Company.

Ms. Wingate was born on May 22, 1948 in Smith County to the late Parents: Johnnie Campbell Sr. and Janie Mae Washington Campbell and she transitioned on December 16, 2023 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

She was preceded in death by four siblings: O.C. Campbell, Johnny Campbell Jr. Mary Greene and Wardell Campbell.

Mrs. Campbell leaves cherished memories to her son: Timothy Brent Campbell (Susan) of Washington; daughter: Stephanie Waites (Chris) of Rowlett; brother: Donald Campbell Sr. (Artie Marie) of Tyler, Texas; sister: Darlene Tugbenyoh (Benjamin) of California; sister-in-law; Marilyn Campbell of Tyler; two grandchildren: Jason Waites and Kristin Waites Bennett and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends

Public viewing will be Thursday,December 21, 2023 at the funeral home from 2 pm to 8 pm
