Andrick T. Burgess, 53, husband of Quanda Goodman Burgess, died Monday, December 18, 2023 at MUSC Health, Florence, SC. He was born February 28, 1971 in Florence, SC. A son of the late James Burgess and Ula Dean Barr.

Public viewing will be held from 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Friday, December 22, 2023 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Believers Holiness Center, Coward, SC. Burial will follow in the Rest Lawn Cemetery, Lake City, SC.

The family is receiving friends at 1086 Dennis Road, Lake City, SC.

So sorry to hear this news about "Fat Cat" I fed him in the cafeteria while at Claflin. He was always kind and respectful of the staff. I'm thankful he passed this way.
