Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 11AM at Greater Hope Ministries, Inc., 925 Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Wilcox's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 4-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.
