HOWARD- Terri Howard a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on December 14, 2023. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 11AM at Zion Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 2803, W. Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Howard's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 4-7PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.

Terri has always been my best friend since 8th grade, even when life took us on different journeys. I cherish the times that we've spent and our sisterly love we had for each other.
