Demetrius Dandre Wade passed away Friday, December 8, 2023 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 42. He was born in Williamson County, Tennessee on July 5, 1981 to the parents of Bathsheba Reed and Andrew Otey, Jr..

Those left behind to cherish his memories, his wife, Shareta Wade; children, Demetria Wade, De`Marcus Wade, Demetrius(DJ) Waters, Maggie (Gracie) Waters, Kiontez (Tamiyah), Julius Waters and Antonio Waters; 6 grandchildren; parents, Bathsheba and Richard Reed; sisters, Angela Lee, Shawn Otey and Amanda Stiles; brothers, Jadon Lee, Troy Norris and Rory Johnson; mother-in-law, Charleta Waters; father-in-law, Michael Wiggins; sisters-in-law, LaQuisha Waters and Johnequa Waters; brothers-in-law, Michael Waters and Johntovious Waters; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Mr. Wade will lie in state from 12 until 5 on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Waters Funeral Home.

Visitation with family, Friday, December 22, 2023 from 11 until 12 at Lynn Creek Tabernacle, 117 Fairground Street with funeral to follow.
