Obituary For Joseph Julius Brown

Funeral service for Joseph Julius Brown "Bug" 74, will be Friday, December 1, at noon at the Anniston Funeral Service, Russell H. Williams Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jeffrey C. Williams, officiating. Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery.

Mr. Brown passed away on November 18, 2023. Mr. Brown was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He graduated from Cobb High School. He was an Environmental Specialist at Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include a devoted wife, Evelyn Brown; his daughters: LaShayla Croft, Samantha (Demetrice) Lee, Loretta (Paul) Brown , Angela Brown, Sharon Robinson; his sons: Anthony (Carol) Kimble, Joseph Brown Jr.; stepdaughters: Royslyn (Isaiah) White , Hedda (Johnny) White ; stepson: Antonio (Loretta) Jones; special aunt: Velma Williams; grandchildren, great grandchildren amongst them Quindarrius "Q" Kimble and Carolyn "Chicken Head" Ragland, both holding a special place in his heart, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jewell and Ora Brown, siblings, Connie Brown, Betty Hall, Ralph Brown and Michael Brown.
