Willard Alan Park, 76 of Valdosta, passed from labor to reward on November 30, 2023 at Langdale Hospice House. He was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1946 to the late Leo and Virginia Park in Chillicothe, Ohio. He was retired from Valdosta State University’s Art Department Faculty. Professor Park enjoyed teaching and being around his students from 1980-2013. He was a member of the American Legion, Valdosta Chapter.

Willard Alan Park is survived by his Wife, Christine Park, Valdosta, GA; Brother, Michael Park, Sparr, FL; cousins and other relatives in Chillicothe, Ohio and a host of loving and devoted students.

Per Professor Park’s wishes, he was cremated. In memory of Professor W. Alan Park, please make a donation to Valdosta State University’s Art Department Student Fund.
