Mother Loretha B. Jones, of Blountstown, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, December 4, 2023, at her residence.
Mrs. Jones was a member of the St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church in Blountstown, Florida.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. in the Blountstown Elementary School Auditorium with Pastor Steve Jackson, Elder Virgil Johnson, Bishop John McMillion and Pastor Delano Reed, officiating.
Interment will be in the Magnolia Cemetery located at 326 13th Street in Blountstown, Florida.
Mother Jones will lie in repose at the auditorium from 9:30 AM until time for the service.
A public viewing will not be held on Friday, December 15, 2023, Vann Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:
Two Sons: David (Connie) Jones Jr. of Winter Garden, Florida and Claude (Vivian) Jones of Ocoee, Florida
One Daughter: Claudette (Michael) Pratt of Blountstown, Florida
One Daughter-in-law: Rosalyn Jones of Tallahassee, Florida
Eleven grandchildren, Sixteen Great Grandchildren
And a host of sisters, brothers, In-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many caring and loving friends.
