George's viewing will be held here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, located at 3950 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, VA. 23701, on November 30, 2023, from 5 pm to 7 pm, followed by a celebration of life on December 1, 2023, at Greater Mt. Zion C.O.G.I.C, located at 3100 Deep Creek Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23704 at 12 noon.
