Joyce L. Bellamy, 82, of Sarasota, Florida, passed away on Nov. 5, 2023. Services will be 11:00am on Sat., Nov. 11, 2023 at Westcoast Center. Burial will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.
