On Thursday, November 2, 2023, Gloria Jean Webster 75, entered rest and peace, at home. Goo-Goo, as she was called, was born in Portsmouth, VA, to the late Elzena and Alexander Parker on May 11, 1948.

Goo-Goo's viewing will be here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, located at 3950 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, Virginia 23701 from 5 pm to 7 pm on November 9, 2023, followed by a celebration of life, on November 10, 2023, at 1 PM, at First Baptist Taylorsville Church located at 2720 Turnpike Rd, here in Portsmouth, Virginia 23707.
