I have cried many tears for my Aunt Gladys who by the grace of God lived 99+ years. However, there is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of POWER! They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, deep contrition and unspeakable love. LOVE LIVES ON!!💌 CURTIS AND RITA HENDERSON

To a woman I learned a lots from during my ministry at Fairview. It was my first pastoral assignment and she was one of the members that helped me during that time. Rev. Melton Aiken.

Rip Grandma Gladys! The whole Laurens County and surrounding know that you are also survived by your son James Edward Simpson who has been with you his whole life but there is a God that sits high and look low and he does not bless no mess! I rebuke the devil in the names of Jesus that causes confusion during this time instead of putting you away with the dignity and respect the community had for you! ❤️Katrina Simpson
