Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Charles A. Watkins will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11:30 at St. John Baptist Church, 740 Bridier Street. Visitation of friends at the mortuary on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 5-8pm. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
