Mr. Larry Johnson, 56, of Hurtsboro, AL passed Monday, October 23, 2023 in Auburn, AL.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. EST (1:00 p.m. CST) Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Nero Baptist Church, Hurtsboro, AL with Pastor L.C. Thomas, eulogist. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Rest Haven Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, November 3, 2023 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. EST.
Larry Ray Johnson Sr. better known as "Mouchie" was born September 6, 1967 in Hurtsboro, Alabama to the late Clara Bell and the late Oliver Lane Johnson. Both parents preceded him in death. Larry Sr. was also preceded in death by one sister, Francine "Framp: Johnson- Harding; three brothers, Richard "Rick" Johnson, Johnny "Do-Mian" Johnson, and Curtis "Tang" Johnson.
Larry Sr. accepted Christ at an early age and attended school in Hurtsboro, AL.
Larry Sr. began his career in the trucking industry in 2011. He owned and operated his own trucking company, L&L Trucking Company, Hurtsboro, AL.
If you knew "Mouchie", then you know how much he loved his family and friends. He was the life of the party and made sure everyone around him was in good spirits. He admired his horses and ALL of his horse riding friends. His door was always open. You could call "Mouchie" anytime of the day or night and he would always answer.
Larry Sr. made his transition into eternity on Monday, October 23, 2023.
