Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11AM at West Jacksonville COGIC, 3838 Firestone Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32210. Mr. Blake's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 4-8PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
