We are so sorry to hear of Franks passing. He was one of the finest, kindest and most colorful human beings we ever met. He was an amazing historian and shared many stories of the early days of Clay and Jack counties after we purchased our place from he and Iva. He was one of a kind and will be greatly missed. Our condolences to his family that he loved so much. The Padgett Family
