Franklin Delenor Benton, 88, of New Bern passed, Wednesday, October 18, 2023.

Friends will be received at the hone of Hattie Williams 606 Contentnea Avenue.

His service is 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Guildfield Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lucy Benton and stepdaughter, Hattie Mae Williams both of New Bern; three stepsons, Floyd Dickens, Hempstead, NY William Earl Clark, Chicago, ILL and Jimmy Clark, Rocky Mount NC.
