Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 11AM at Christ Followers of Jacksonville, 6620 Arlington Expressway, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Ms. Mitchell's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 4-8PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.
