Memorial service for Jessie Drake, 66, of Opelika, AL, will be at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel, Elder James Q. Smith, will officiate.

Mr. Drake, who passed away Monday, October 9, 2023 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, was born August 11, 1957 in Lee County, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Dorothy Drake of Beauregard, AL; one son, Marsimekkoe Finley; step-daughter, Brenda Ann Jackson of Beauregard, AL; one brother, Edward Hunter of Opelika, AL; three sisters, Dianne Hunter of Auburn, AL, Annie Hunter and Carolyn Hunter both of Opelika, AL; one aunt, Ruby Drake of Opelika, AL; special cousin, Joann (Frank) Reese; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
