Obituary For Ms. Rosa Lee Williams

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.

Ms. Rosa Lee Willimas, age 86, of Brooklyn, New York (formally Warren County) departed this life on Thursday, October 12, 2023 in Brooklyn, New York.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Ridgeway Missionary Baptist Church 156 Wyckoff Rd. Norlina, North Carolina. Reverend W. T. Raymey III will deliver the eulogy and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her loss, five daughters, Jacqueline M. Kearney, of Norlina, North Carolina, Gwendolyn M. Williams, Kenesha C. Williams, of Brooklyn, New York, Eugenia Y. Williams of Norlina, North Carolina, Brenda Hines of Bayonne, New Jersey, one son Carl Williams Jr of Poughkeepsie, New York
and one son-in-law Charles A. Hines of Bayonne, New Jersey; one daughter in-law, Cathy Williams of
Poughkeepsie, New York, fourteen grandchildren, Zoriah, Zen, Zuri, Amethyst, Zulema, London, Carl
James, Tatiana, Carl III, Brittni, Brendan, Kimbly, Terrence and Alexis. Nineteen great grands, two
goddaughters; Naomi Felix and Jecona Douglas-Neal, one sister, Edith Graves of Moreno Valley,
California, two brothers, James Gilbert Jordan (Shirley Jordan) of Norlina North Carolina and Henry Lee
Jordan (Joan Jordan) of Kansas City, Missouri, and one sister-in-law Effie Jordan of South Carolina and a
host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
