Eli Garner, 85, died Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at his residence, 204 East Hospital St., Manning, SC. He was born April 12, 1938 in Manning, SC. A son of the late Eli Garner, Sr. and Callie Johnson Garner.

Memorial services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC.
