Retired United Sates Army Veteran Charlie Collins, Jr. formally of Tifton, Ga. of North Carolina transitioned this life in North Carolina.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 10:00- 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 12:00 noon at Mt. Zion Missionary Church. Committal will be in Tift Memorial Gardens with repast to follow at Mt. Zion Church Annex.
