Larry Addison Washington of Spartanburg, SC, passed on Thursday morning, October 12, 2023 in Spartanburg, SC. Mr. Washington was the son of the late Tillman Washington and Dora Washington, and father of his beloved daughter, Shantia Washington and son, Derrick Atchison. He was a resident of Charlotte, NC, and a native of Spartanburg, SC, where he attended Carver High School. Mr. Washington graduated from SC State University and was a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity. He was also a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Larry Washington was a loyal, hard working gentleman, and was loved dearly by his classmates and friends.

Survivors include: grandchildren, Donovan Atchison, Katelyn Atchison, Elana Atchison, and Dylan Atchison, aunts, cousins, and close friend, Deborah D. Douglas.

Services will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 1:00 pm at New Day Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, Roebuck, SC.
