Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Cynthia Michelle Russell Baker, will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023, 12:00 NOON at Eastlake United Methodist Church, 2500 Hosea L. Williams Drive NE, Atlanta, GA., 30317, with remains placed in repose at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be held at New Hope Powelton Baptist Church Cemetery, 216 Raburn Road, Sparta, GA., 31087. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, October 13, 2023, 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., with the family receiving friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband, Jeffery Baker; one daughter, Cynterria Marshae Baker; one son, Jalan Baker, all of Atlanta, Georgia; her mother, Thelma Kay Russell, of Milledgeville, Georgia; five sisters, Joan Butts, Glenda Cooper, Marcilla (the late Michael) McCormick, Brenda (Charles) Cooper, Karen Whipple; one brother, J.W. “Jeff” Russell; her mother and father in-law, Joe and Annie Ruth Baker; brother and sister in-law, Terry Baker, Janice (Bernard) Sharpe, Eric (Kimberly) Baker, Latonya (Will) Johnson, Tasha (Breant) Boone; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other loving relatives and best friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Saturday, at 11:00 A.M.
