Mr. Anthony Henderson Sr., 53, was born on Wednesday, October 15, 1969 and departed this life on October 7, 2023.

Viewing service will be held at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home, 2502 NC Hwy 55, Durham, NC on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Funeral service will be held at Union Baptist Church 904 N Roxboro Durham NC, on Saturday October 14, 2023 ,family and friends visitation 11:00am-12:00 pm , funeral service 12:00 pm.

Burial will follow at Glennview Memorial Park.

Anthony was the best stepdad ever. He always was there for me and made sure I was good. He was someone I could talk to and he always kept the conversation between him and I and never told anyone. He has helped me grow up. He encouraged me to follow my dream no matter what. He always told me how proud he was of me. He was a good person and I will always love him and I miss him so much. I know he is looking down at me and I will graduate college and make him even more proud of me.

A friend. When I was down and out I reached out to Big Ant. He told me to come work for him. Even though he charged me for using his water him giving me a charge kept me afloat.
