Mr. Franklin, 89, passed away at the Legacy Health and Rehab. Graveside service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023, 12pm at the Zion Wrightville Baptist Church Cemetery 2100 Wrightsville Church Rd, Greensboro, GA 30642.
