Mrs. Joyce Clarice Durham Taylor, 93, was born on Friday, June 27, 1930 and was called to her heavenly home surrounded by family on Sunday, October 1, 2023.
Viewing service will be held at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home, 2502 NC Hwy 55, Durham, NC on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Funeral service will be held at Russell Memorial CME Church, 703 S. Alston Ave. Durham, NC on Saturday, October 7, 2023; family and friends visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, final rites at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
All acts of kindness are appreciated during this difficult time.

Thinking back on the memories of aunt Joyce, uncle Turkey and the Taylor and Morton family in the 1970 her children and Darvin Ezelle with my children Shanka and Juanee and my Ex Goo. She was a great care giver at the hospital and the home she made on the corner in Richmond Virginia.
