Obituary For Ms. Brenda Lee Lloyd Horne

Brenda Lee Lloyd Horne departed this life on September 25, 2023 at Atrium Health-Union, Monroe, NC with her family nearby.

Brenda Lee Lloyd Horne, the youngest child of Eva M. Lloyd was born February 13 1965 in Wadesboro, NC.

Brenda accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of St. Mark Church. Her favorite song was,
“I Know It Was The Blood.”

Brenda graduated from Bowman Senior High School in 1983. She enjoyed hanging out with her friends and formed some lifelong friendships.

Brenda worked at Baptist Children’s Home, Marshville, NC until her health failed. She also worked for a short period of time at the NC Department of Corrections.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Eva M. Lloyd; two brothers, Fred A. Lloyd II and Wilford Lloyd; and one sister, Johnsie L. Washington.

Brenda is survived by two sisters, Annie Harris and Shirley Lloyd, her passionate caregiver, of Wadesboro, NC; two brothers, Leroy (Rachel) Lloyd of Guyton, Georgia and David (Linda) Lloyd of Morven, NC; one sister-in-law, Jean Lloyd of Danville, Virginia; a special niece and also one of her devoted caregivers, Marlo Lloyd of Indian Trail, NC; her fur baby, Zoey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

We are especially saddened for the family, ours family the Lloyd's and Horne. We are praying that God will strengthen and comfort all of you during this time of your grief .During the times of weakness, "God said in II Corinthians 12:9, My grace is sufficient for thee, for my strength is made perfect in weakness. We must remember that God make no mistakes. Sometime we may not understand His ways, but through it all, God gives us the strength to make through. My father's way may twist and turn my heart may throb and ache, but in my soul, I am glad I Know, God makes no mistake . Deacon Neal and Deaconess Carolyn Lloyd.
