Obituary For Keith Phillips

Keith Phillips, 61, of St. Augustine transitioned from labor to reward on September 5, 2023, at St. Vincent Riverside in Jacksonville, Florida. Keith was born on May 31, 1962, to Willie R. Clark and Patricia Phillips-Taylor in West Virginia. He was of the Baptist Faith. Keith worked as a cook for Athena restaurant in St. Augustine, Florida.

He was preceded in eternal rest by his father, Willie R. Clark, sister, Sylvia Taylor, brother William Phillips

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Phillips-Taylor, brothers, Thomas Phillips, Roger A. Phillips, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at E.A. Kelley, Sr. Memorial Chapel 11 a.m., Saturday, September 9, 2023.
