Obituary For Mother Ruemae R. Garland

If you put your trust in Jesus, everything will be alright) be alright. He will make your pathway easy, and your burdens will be light) will be light. All you got to do is have a little faith, I know my God will make a way.

Although Mother Ruemae R. Garland has departed from this life, her life, her love, her faith and legacy will live on through all who knew and loved her. God’s Gift given into the earth realm on Friday, February 28, 1930.

When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound, and time shall be no more, And the morning breaks, eternal, bright and fair; When the saved of earth shall gather over on the other shore, And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.

Heaven's Gain – Mother Garland swept through the city of Heaven and received her “crown” on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the blessed age of 93 beautiful years old.

…And her children shall rise and call her “BLESSED”. Proverbs 31:28

Celebration of Life Services will be on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from the sanctuary of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church - Whitewater Road. Services are rendered to begin at 11:00 AM, Mother Garland will be laid to rest in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

The Garland Family will receive extended family, friends, and well wishers from 4pm - 5pm at the Harrington Funeral Home, Inc. Chapel.

May the work I've done speak for me. When I'm resting in my grave, there is nothing to be said; May the works that I've done, Speak for me.

To this sweet family,thank you for sharing this beautiful, sweet woman of God.The life she lived truly speaks for her she has earned her crown and now is with our father who is in heaven.years ago my mom and I visited mother garland and I tell you we had prayer and church in the living room.what a great time we had in the lord she has blessed so many people with the gifts that the lord gave her. I found out that she had gone on to glory a couple of days ago. I rejoiced in my spirit mother garland and mama are rejoicing worshipping with all nations glorifying his holy name.
