Fannie Byrd Alexander Roseboro was a very devoted mother, wife, grandmother, and friend. She was the daughter of the late Lilla Gaffney Byrd and Chester Byrd.
She was a member of Legacy Outreach at Beaver Hills for 28 years.
Mrs. Roseboro was preceded in death by: her late husbands, Roy Alexander and James L. Roseboro; brothers, Saint Paul Gaffney and George Byrd; sisters, Catherine Fuller Hicks, Christine Fuller Jeffries and Lois Byrd Smith; and her sons, Roy Alexander, Jr. and Timothy Alexander.
Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: her sister, Rachel Byrd Styles; her two daughters, Naomi Alexander Knox (Floyd) and RaShawnda Mayes (Jasper); sons, Bryant Alexander (Darlene) and John M. Roseboro; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and the host of nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Legacy at Beaver Hills, 3700 South Church St. Ext., Roebuck SC.Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, Roebuck, SC.

Sweet, Sweet Mrs. Fannie. You blessed so many on this earth and I know you will be a gift to heaven. You always had a smile, words of encouragement and a willingness to serve whenever called upon.
