Monica Elena Foxx was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on August 31, 1985, to the late Timothy Doyle Foxx and Lissette Webster. She professed Christ at an early age.

Monica loved her one and only child, Jarvis Jarquess Webster. She was always wrestling with him; they always had fun together.

Monica was a 2004 graduate of Hillcrest High School, and she loved to cook.

Monica leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Jarvis Jarquess Webster; nine siblings, Carleesha Holmes, Priest Butler, Setha Butler, Timothy Foxx, Germara Foxx, Rodderick Foxx, Jaleel Foxx, Montel Foxx, and Timothy Cartwright; grandparents, Oberty Webster, Geraldine Foxx, and Ernestine Moore; and her great-grandmother, Rosie A. Daniel.

The family will receive friends Friday, September 1, 2023 from 6:30pm-8:00pm, Funeral service will be Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 2:00pm both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 2944 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38111
