Obituary For Mr. Michael Garrison

Michael Tyrone Garrison was born on December 10, 1971, in Hahira, Georgia to the late Laura Garrison Berry and Joseph Greene. He obtained his G.E.D. and took various technical courses. Since 2008, he has worked at the City of Hahira in various departments. His last position was in the Public Works Department. Michael was a very hard worker who is characterized as being a faithful, helpful, competent, and compassionate person.

Michael departed this life on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. He was 51 years old.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children Kymberly Garrison, Mykal Garrison, Endeyah Garrison, Myckell Garrison, Sha’Dae Stokes, and Madison Garrison. His six grandchildren, his sister, Kimberly (Dennis) Streetman, his aunt Marilyn (William) Abraham, his fiancé Jennie Bowman and her three children (Ashley Bishop, Eve Bowman & Miguel Bowman), and a host of relatives and friends.

Home going service for Mr. Michael Garrison will be held on Friday, August 25 at 11:00 A. M. at Hahira Community Church Rev. Mike Davis is the pastor and Rev. Emanuel Garrison will officiate. Burial, will follow in the County Line Church Cemetery. Public viewing will be held on Thursday, August 24 from 1:00 P. M. til 6:00 P. M.

Sorry, it took me some time. He was a love husband, father, and friend. I remember the first time, I seen him, buying my car, and it was love at first sight. I miss him, dearly and My kids our lost with out him. I can't eat, sleep, or think about anything else but the pain of losing him and my kids only know him and I thank god, he sent him to me.
