Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Jeffrey Ruffin, Jr. of Douglasville, GA, will be Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 11:00AM; Beulah Baptist Church, 170 Griffin St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30314.

Interment: Lincoln Cemetery
