Ms. Debra Ann Goldwire, a resident of Montgomery, AL., passed away August 1, 2023. A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service following at 12:00 noon in Frazer Church, 6000 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36117. My heart is sad as I am just hearing of Debra's transition. She and I have stayed in touch by phone since I left Alabama, and I was about to call since we had not spoken in a bit. Another clergy colleague told me she had passed. I am wounded that word did not reach me sooner. Debra was a strong woman of faith, a prayer warrior, and one of God's brightest lights on this earth. I pray God's comfort and peace for her family... for all of us who will miss her. No more crying or sickness Deb. Put on your robe and tell the story of how you made over. You are home now.
