Obituary For Craig Denard Adair, Jr.

Craig Denard Adair, Jr., was born the second child of Craig and Evonne Adair, Sr. on July 20, 1982, in Montgomery, Alabama. He attended Montgomery Public Schools and further matriculated at South University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, June of 2012, in Montgomery, Alabama.

Craig was loved for his caring heart as was often evidenced by the way he looked out and cared for others. All who knew him witnessed his love for Auburn Football, as he was a staunch fan of the “Plains.”

He confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized by Reverend Anderson Ayers, Jr., at the Saint Mark Missionary Baptist Church. He remained a member of this congregation until his transition.

On Friday, July 21, 2023, Craig joined a waiting host of angels, his paternal grandparents, Leon and Lottie Adair and his maternal grandparents, John L. Riggus, Elnora Jimmerson, and Doshie Pickett.

His legacy and love will be lived on through his devoted wife of 15 years, Lutresia Moorer Adair; his heartbeats, sons, Demarius Adair, Sr., Jaylon Moorer, Craig Denard Adair, III, and daughter, Caila Adair, all of Montgomery, AL; two grandchildren, Demarius Adair, Jr., Amari Adair, of Montgomery, AL; his loving and devoted parents, Craig and Evonne Adair; sister, Tanisha (Jamison) Hall, brother, Jared Adair, all of Montgomery, AL; mother-in-law, Linda Moorer, Pensacola, FL; brother-in-law, Brandon Jones, Atlanta, GA; five aunts: Johnnie More, Ledgewood, NJ, Fannie Shaver, Pearlie (Ronald) Davis, Felicia (Wallace) Hawkins all of Montgomery, AL, and Tisha Dickerson, Columbia, SC; six uncles, John Adair, Willingboro, NJ, Joseph Calhoun, Long Island, NY, Johnny Riggus and Larry Adair, Montgomery, AL, Charlie (Dellaphine) Moorer, Columbus, OH and Harrison (Willie) Moorer, Letohatchee, AL; and a host of other relatives, classmates and close friends.
