Mr. Jimmy Lee Duncan, a native of Shelby, N. C. was born on September 10, 1971. He was a son of the late Willie and Mary Riley Duncan. Jimmy attended Crest High School.

Jimmy was married to Montenya Duncan and one son, Devonte Duncan was born to that union. Ronald Brown, his step son was raised and loved as his own. Jimmy’s family and friends were his heart. He enjoyed relaxing at home and listening to his favorite music.

On Monday, July 17, an angel came and carried the sweet spirit of our loved one home to be with the Lord.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Montenya Duncan, siblings Willie Mae Duncan, Shirley Duncan, Dorothy Feaster, Melvin Duncan, Willie Junior Duncan, Steve Duncan, Jerry Duncan and Walter Duncan, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
