Guest Book

Vince was one of a kind. I met him when I worked at Penn State and he delivered UPS packages to my office. Just a friendly nice man who loved to joke around. I was with some other girls from PSU yesterday and we talked about him and said how much we all enjoyed him. I was sad to find an obituary for him. My condolences to his family. RIP Vince...You will never be forgotten. Sue Kelleher
