MS. ALEXIS DéANDRE EASTER – AGE 29, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023. She was born on July 21, 1993 to Wendy Leatrica Childs and the late Lonnie Lamar Easter. She was preceded by her grandmother, Jetuiin McLeod, grandfathers, John Easter, Oscar Childs, Sr., uncle, Chad Morris. Alexis attended Dalton High School and graduated from Montgomery County Public School Class of 2011. She was lastly employed at The Tunnel Vision Sports Bar.

Survivors are her loving two sons, John Alex DéShaun Easter and Ayden Alterez Jordan; mother, Wendy Leatrica Childs; sisters, Nikki Moss, Adrianna Bryant, Kameron Easter; brother, Chace Easter; aunts, Sivi Tolen, LaToya Cofield; uncles, Derrick Childs, Oscar “O. J.” (Tresa) Childs, Jr., Lamar “Redd” Cofield; grandfather, John Frank McLeod; grandmothers, Katherine (Sammie) Easter, Linda Cofield; devoted cousin, Julian Childs; best friends, Alisha Washington, Brandy Towns; a host of other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, July 16, 2023 at 2:00 P. M. at the Mountain Ridge Baptist Church, 1401 Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd., Dalton, GA. 30721 with Rev. John McLeod as Eulogist and Dr. Jerry Jones as Presider. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Saturday after 12:00 noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 6:00 P. M. – 7:30 P. M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
