I didn't quite know what I wanted to say until I was at church this morning. The pastor said that GOD rewards those who are kind and loving to others. I know that your crown is heavy. Thank you Selina for so many fun times and always coming through when you saw a need. I love you. Gerri Richardson and family

Our Selina, aka "Neenie" ... It has taken me a few days to pen a tribute to you, but mostly because I could hardly believe that you had transitioned from this life ; less than a month since we last communicated, June 4, 2023, your BIRTH-day and now you're gone. Our families became 'family' and had more than a 60 year relationship.... But how wonderful and funny and caring and thoughtful and sometimes tragic and lovely those memories are! Throughout them all and on behalf of all of us ,THANK YOU for your unwavering love, but more importantly, your infectious laugh that we will always cherished! We know that God makes no mistakes!!! Our sincere condolences to your husband, children, grandchildren and other family members. Rest well our sister.... We love you dearly, The Jones Family......Shirley, Lavida, Anthony, Jibri, Nalonga and our departed sister, Stephanie

Remembering "Neenie" Remembering your grace, your smile, your candor & political astuteness. I'm missing our communications about what's going on in the world. I, believe however, that your transition still allows you to be ENERGY in our lives. Love you, "Neenie"... as my family has affectionately called you since your childhood growing up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Sincere condolences to your husband, children, other family members (especially your Aunt Rev Gloria Taylor) & "family friends". Love, "Tootsie" (Violet Mitchell-Cousin)
