Obituary For Cathy Marie Coates

Cathy Marie Coates, 63, of New Bern passed Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at Pruitt Health Care Neuse Campus.

Viewing hours are 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday at the mortuary.

Her service is 12:00 PM Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Hyman Chapel AME Zion Church. The interment will follow at Hyman Chapel Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her mother, Effie Moore Borden, Havelock, NC; two brothers, Derrick Borden, Asheville, NC, Eric Borden, Havelock, NC; three sisters, Guanda Forde and Sandy Coates both of New Bern and Debbie Borden, Havelock, NC.
