My sincere condolences to the Pitt and Stokes families. I was blessed to know Annie Mae since first grade at Coker School where we became dear friends. We also went to Coker-Wimberly when it opened and then on to Phillips High School together. My love and friendship for her has lasted all these years and I am truly heartbroken about her loss. She was a faithful, caring, loving,Christian woman who brought joy to me and to all those she met. Whenever we talked, it was like a ray of sunshine and happiness just like we had as school pals. She will forever live in my heart and I thank God for the time I knew her. I know she is at peace and rest with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our Angel Annie Mae is now in Heaven. Glory to God!
