Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 11:00AM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Haywood Anderson, officiating with a burial following in White Cloud Baptist Churchyard Cemetery in Ramer, AL.

Deacon Scott will lie in state on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 1-8PM and on Saturday at the Chapel one hour prior to services.
