Grace Delores Wiggins, of Richmond, departed this life on Sunday June 25, 2023, at 9:31 a.m. at M C V Hospital. Grace was a native of Richmond Virginia, where she received her public school education. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Anna S. Richardson; husband, William H. Wiggins; two daughters, Faith S. Wiggins and Monica L. Richardson and sister, Doris O. Williams. She is survived by a devoted daughter, Belinda A. Bonds, of Townsend, Delaware; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two sisters, one devoted Shirley Layne of Richmond, Va., and Gloria Richardson of Bowie, MD; two brothers, Herman Richardson of Richmond, Va., and Elder James E. Richardson of Pineville, LA.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 7, at Greater Refuge Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, 2210 Carter St. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
