TYLER – Funeral services for Mr. John Clark Jr., 52, will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 11 am in the sanctuary of Spring Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Lawrence Brown eulogist. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery under the direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Company.

Mr. Clark was born on November 4, 1970 in Smith County to the late James Williams and Jessie Clark and transitioned on June 13, 2023 in Smith County.

He graduated from John Tyler High School was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church and truck driver for Ruan Transportation.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Schwanda Taylor. Left to cherish his memories are his spouse: Deaqunita Clark of Tyler, daughters: Jonita (Bryant) Harwell of Chicago and Lacreshunda Clark of Tyler, son: John Clark Jr. of Tyler; sister: Linda Clark of Tyler and four grandchildren.

Public viewing will be on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 2 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
