Barbara Gail Carter, 61, of Jackson, MS was born July 28, 1961 to Leonard Carter and Lubertha Harper Carter. Barbara passed June 19, 2023 at Yazoo City Rehabilitation Center.

Visitation will be Friday, June 30, 2023 at Westhaven Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., Blacks Chapel M.B. Church, 3425 Robinson Street, Jackson, MS 39209 with burial in Paradise Garden in Brandon, MS.
