Devon leaves to cherish his memories, loving mother, Barbara Mitchell; 3 siblings, brother, Silvino Cook, Jr., sister, Erika Mitchell, brother, Sadarius Mitchell; 2 uncles, Dominique Bigby, Eric Chambers; and a host of other loving relatives, extended family, and close friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Friday, at 10:30 A.M.
