Obituary For Sharolyn D. Smith

Sharolyn D. Smith, 60, of Jackson, MS was born August 8, 1962 to Johnie Harris and Anna Atkins-Crenshaw. Sharolyn passed Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at St. Dominic's Hospital.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 21, 2023 at Westhaven Funeral Home Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., Terry Grove M.B. Church, 323 Raymond Street, Terry, MS 39170 with burial in Smith Family Cemetery, 3145 Wynndale Road, Terry, MS 39170.

Sharolyn was a beloved member of the Wingfield High School Class of 1980. Ginny Smith Phillips notified me today. Thank you Ginny for letting me and the rest of our Facebook friends know about this. Sharolyn was absolutely one of the nicest and most beautiful girl/lady I've ever known. She always greeted me with that beautiful smile that would light up a room. She and I went to Jr. High school at Peeples Jr High and Wingfield High School in South Jackson together. Ginny said it best in her FB post that Sharolyn will now be wearing a crown of jewels in heaven. God bless you and God be with Sharolyn's family during this most difficult of times.
