Rebecca Harvin Wheeler, 86, died Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Pocotaligo River Health and Rehabilitation, Manning, SC. She was born October 24, 1936 in Alcolu, SC. A daughter of the late Daniel Harvin, Sr. and Lurline Davis Harvin.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC. Rev. Sam Spain, Eulogist, Rev. Emma Mellerson, Presiding, Rev. Marie Harvin, Elder Anita Harvin and Rev. Dr. Ethel Sweat assisting. Burial will follow in Reeseville AME Church Cemetery, Alcolu, SC.
