OBITUARY:
A Time to be born…
Anita Deanna Watson was born on October 8, 1986 in Jackson, MS to the proud parents of Mary Louise Watson and Donald Thomas both of Jackson, MS. She was the first daughter and third child to Mary Watson.
Anita was preceded in death by her older brother Kendrick Deshawn Watson.
A Time to die…
On April 6, 2023, Anita answered her call to exit this life at the University Mississippi Medical Center. Unfortunately, because she had no identifying credentials, she was considered a missing person until her loved ones were able to discover her untimely death.
A Time to love…
Anita spent most of her life between Jackson, MS and Lexington, MS. She attended Raines Elementary School and Hardy Middle School where she plyed the flute in the marching band. She completed three years of high school and then obtained her GED in Batesville, MS in a study within the medical field. Anita performed various jobs. She was very skilled in the cosmetology hair services. Anita had a rebellious spirit and huge heart. She lived her life as a free spirit under her own terms. Her personality was bigger than life.
A Time to reflect…
Anita leaves to cherish her beautiful memories, three children; Makyla Watson, Javarion Daniels and Kenya Watson (all of Jackson, MS); her mother, Mary L. Watson(Jackson, MS); her father Donald Thomas( Jackson, MS); three maternal siblings; Eric Watson(Val)(Lexington, MS) Denise Watson(Jackson, MS) and Donny Watson(Jackson, MS);four paternal siblings; Jasmine Samuel, Dontez Samuel (Almesha) Jennifer Ward(Christopher) and Ashley Crumble(all of Jackson, MS); a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
To my beloved sister, Anita. I will always love you from the bottom of my heart, I wished we could've had more time together but God had other plans for you an I have to accept that, I thank God for the privilege of being your little sister, I love you always to the moon and back!
